
1. LIABILITY
The hirer accepts full responsibility for the safe return of the Hired Goods. In the event of any of the Goods being damaged, stolen or lost, the Contractor reserves the right to invoice the Hirer at full retail value for any items, which are not returned or which are damaged. The Hirer will also be responsible for specialist cleaning due to staining of any hire goods and an “out of service” charge may also apply.
2. AVAILABILITY
The Contractor reserves the right to alter, amend or substitute items booked which may become unavailable due to the non-return or damage caused by the previous Hirer.
3. PROOF OF IDENTITY
Proof of identity is required before goods are released (e.g. Driving Licence).
4. RETURNS
It is in the best interests of our customers that we request that time is allowed to check the return of the hired goods, so that proper inspection may be made for loss, damage or any chargeable staining, resulting during the hire period. It is preferable that this should be done in the presence of the Hirer or their representative at the time of return. A receipt will only be given when our staff, are satisfied that the goods have been returned in acceptable condition.
5. BOOKING
Booking is secured only by a deposit of £10 (non-returnable) and payment in full is required before the goods are uplifted. |
